ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES
A SOLID FOUNDATION
The allied health sciences major at Radford University is designed to prepare students for graduate and professional schools in allied health professions, particularly those centered on kinesiology and the science of movement. These graduate-level options include physical therapy, occupational therapy and athletic training.
At Radford, we’ll work to make sure you explore all of your options. Our students participate in a minimum of three hands-on practical field experiences designed to help expose them to a variety of allied health roles.
Lastly, we’ll ensure you have a working knowledge of how the body grows, moves, changes and responds — a solid foundation for your post-graduation pursuits.
