You can find the Reply Form in your admit letter and in your Applicant Status Portal Checklist. Completing this form is how you let Radford University know that you plan to enroll.
OneCampus is the Radford University student portal and many actions are housed here (like registering for classes and paying your university bill).
Before you begin, make sure you have your Radford University username and claim code. Both can be found in your Application Status Portal.
Communication Sciences and Disorders, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs require a non-refundable $500 seat deposit in order to reserve your spot. Pay this deposit in OneCampus within the timeframe specified in your admit letter.
Work directly with your Academic Program Coordinator to plan and register for classes.
Non-degree students are eligible to enroll in graduate courses based on the authorization of the respective program. For registration assistance, contact the Academic Program Coordinator. Please note, course availability and academic advising may be limited for non-degree students. A maximum of nine credit hours taken as non-degree seeking may be petitioned for acceptance toward a degree.
Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at studentaid.gov and include Radford University using school code 003732.
As a graduate student, you are considered to be an independent student for financial aid purposes. This means that when you complete the FAFSA your Student Aid Index (SAI) is based solely on your financial information, as stated in Higher Education Amendments of 1992.
The FAFSA for the 2025-2026 academic year is now available. You should submit your FAFSA as soon as possible, but no later than July 1st to be considered for aid prior to the start of each fall semester.
After submitting your FAFSA, watch for email messages to your @radford.edu account for any additional requests regarding your application.
Pursuant to Commonwealth of Virginia Law (Code of Virginia, Section 23.1-800), all incoming students (regardless of program modality) are required to complete and submit a Student Immunization Form [PDF] prior to the beginning of classes. Failure to complete the Student Immunization Form will result in a registration hold and affect your ability to register for future classes.
Upload your completed Student Immunization Form to the secure Medicat website. Choose Radford University as your college and log-in using your Radford University credentials. Watch the video below for step-by-step upload instructions.
The following immunizations, in addition to a Tuberculosis Self-Questionnaire*, are required:
*If you answer "Yes" to any questions on the Tuberculosis Self-Questionnaire, then you are required to complete and have a physician sign the Tuberculosis Screening, either on the Student Immunization Form [PDF] or using the Tuberculosis Screening Addendum [PDF].
Students with a medically necessitated waiver for any required immunizations should complete and submit Part III of the Student Immunization Form [PDF] with a Healthcare Provider signature.
Students may elect to self-exempt from the Hepatitis B Vaccine and/or the Meningococcal Vaccine by completing Part III of the Student Immunization Form [PDF].
Students seeking a waiver on religious grounds must complete, including notarization, and submit the Commonwealth of Virginia Certificate of Religious Exemption form [PDF].
All waiver forms should be submitted in Medicat.
Email healthrecords@radford.edu with questions about the Student Immunization Form. Please make sure you include your full name, date of birth and student ID.
