Installing PPP for Windows 95

There are several steps that you have to perform in order to set up a PPP connection for Windows 95. Follow the instructions to set up Dial-Up Networking, then the instructions to set up Networking. You can then connect by following the instructions on How to Connect. An option (that we do not support at this time) is to install scripting to automatically connect for you (you must still complete the first two steps). It is recommended that before you try to install scripting, you use the manual method until you become familiar with the process and see some of the problems that can occur when trying to connect.
