On Friday, Sept. 20, the Radford University Carilion Office of Student Affairs hosted the inaugural Tartan 5K: A Twilight Run in Roanoke. The timed “glo-race” was held just before sunset to capture the magical atmosphere of the oncoming early fall evening.
