Greetings, Future, Emerging, and Alumni Highlanders!
I’m Jennifer Reece, Executive Administrative Assistant in the Dean’s Office at the Davis College of Business and Economics. Some of the ways I support our college include managing daily operations, overseeing budgeting, planning and scheduling, supervising work-study students, and leading key events. Before joining Radford, I built a diverse background through roles in business management, public service, education, and entrepreneurship—including managing a family restaurant, working in emergency dispatch, supporting human resources in K–12 education, and running small home-based businesses. I first came to know Radford University through my husband, a former business student. After years of visiting the area and hearing his stories, bringing my skills and dedication to this community felt like coming home. Since beginning my journey here, I’ve discovered a true sense of belonging—a place where I can support students and faculty, grow professionally, and contribute meaningfully. I’m proud to help connect students with opportunities, cultivate their strengths, and challenge them to reach their potential. At Radford University, we encourage everyone to find your place here, and I’m honored to play a part in making that happen.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll likely find me cozied up indoors rewatching the Harry Potter films with my family (Gryffindor!) or spending quiet moments together on the front porch of our farmhouse. Those simple, shared times help me reconnect with my faith and deepen my gratitude.
