Headshot of Liang Shao

I enjoy the meaningfulness of teaching and have over ten years of experience teaching finance courses—including Investments, Corporate Finance, International Finance, and Personal Financial Planning—at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the United States and Hong Kong.

My research interests lie in international finance, corporate finance, and the role of national institutions. My work has been published in academic journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Financial Management, and the Journal of Corporate Finance, among others. Recently, I am particularly interested in bridging the gap between academic research in business and the practical needs of the industry.
