We are here to collaboratively advance the brand of Radford University through marketing, communications, media engagement, and digital and creative services. Please let us know how we can help your marketing and outreach goals for projects, events, promotions, and recruitment.

Marketing and Communication has launched a project management system, Lytho!

In the fall of 2022, University Relations launched a new project intake and management platform, Lytho, and discontinued use of Smartsheet.

As a client-partner, you will enjoy increased transparency on project status and timelines as well as an integrated proofing platform that will make requesting projects, receiving proofs, and providing feedback a seamless experience.

We are excited to collaborate with you on your print design, media (photo or video), or digital design needs.

Watch our brief tutorials below on how to submit a request with Marketing and Communication using Lytho.

I would like to request:

Recognition for a student or faculty member

We'd love to share your stories about people, programs, and accomplishments by publishing them on Radford University's Merit page and sending out news releases when appropriate.

Web Analytics or Page Redesign

We can provide analytics for your website and recommendations for layout, website redesigns, SEO and accessibility support, or assistance getting trained on how to use our content management system to maintain a website. When submitting a request for support please click the Get Help button. In your request please note it should be assigned to Digital Communication and Marketing.

RU Announce

We can provide mass emails for campus-wide communication.

Signage

Requests for signage affixed or attached to university property are handled through Facilities Management. As part of the process, Facilities Management involves Marketing and Communication for design, if it is needed. If you need signage designed for a space, please complete the service request form [PDF] and submit it to Facilities for processing. Instructions for submission are included on the form.
