Provides medical services and access to forensic nurses to complete evidence collection (PERK). PERKs can be completed anonymously and are paid for through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund.
Radford City Health Department
This office provides free testing for pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV. They are not equipped to handle emergency situations.
Radford City Police Department
For incidents which occurred off campus, report them to the Radford City Police Department.
The ACCESS/Raft Crisis Hotline
This program of NRVCS (New River Valley Community Services) offers free paraprofessional phone counseling services to the community. Their volunteers provide suicide and crisis intervention, empathy and support, mental health and substance abuse information and referrals to the counties of Montgomery, Floyd, Giles, Pulaski and the City of Radford (including Virginia Tech and Radford University).

The Office on Smoking and Health (OSH) is a division within the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, which is one of the centers within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The OSH is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic efforts aimed at preventing tobacco use among youth, promoting smoking cessation, and protecting nonsmokers from environmental tobacco smoke.
