Provides medical services and access to forensic nurses to complete evidence collection (PERK). PERKs can be completed anonymously and are paid for through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund.

This office provides free testing for pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV.  They are not equipped to handle emergency situations.

This program of NRVCS (New River Valley Community Services) offers free paraprofessional phone counseling services to the community. CDC's Tobacco Information Source Page
The Office on Smoking and Health (OSH) is a division within the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, which is one of the centers within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The OSH is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic efforts aimed at preventing tobacco use among youth, promoting smoking cessation, and protecting nonsmokers from environmental tobacco smoke.
