Class Descriptions

30 Minute Core

Core is the ultimate way to strengthen and improve your core strength. Dynamic training tones your abdominals, glutes, chest, back and obliques. A strong core leads to better posture, improved lifting form, and, let's be honest, a flatter tummy!

Arm'd & Dangerous

This class combines cardio with upper body resistance training. This class is perfect for someone who is short on time, but wants cardiovascular and a weight workout all in one. This class will use hand weights, weight bars, bands, and one’s own body weight. 

Baby Got Back

Build lower body strength, tone, and build muscle memory using kettlebells, weights, and body weight. It is a fun and challenging class that will elevate your heart rate and burn fat. Great for all fitness levels and is designed to push you based on your level of motivation. 

Beginner Yoga

Suitable for all levels. This class focuses on the alignment and foundation of traditional poses in a yoga practice. We use props to teach modifications and listening to our body. Beginner Yoga practices mindfulness while emphasizing on building strength, balance, and flexibility. 


BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally noncontact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door. 


Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 


Indoor cycling is a great way to train your heart and have fun! Work on your sprints, hills, jumps, and distance while listening to motivating music on our fully adjustable bikes. Bring a friend or meet someone new! We highly recommend bringing a towel and water bottle as well! 

Flow Yoga

Expand your yoga horizons and get your heart rate up as you flow with your breath. We utilize props to deepen postures that build strength to prepare us for headstand, handstand, and other arm balancing poses. We emphasize safety while getting comfortable being inverted. 

Highlander Training

Jump, flip, and swerve through this full-body conditioning training session! Using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) methods and self-competition, you'll quickly get stronger, faster, and fitter with this class. We will be utilizing equipment such as tire flips, sandbags, slam balls, kettlebells, plyo boxes, jump ropes, and wall balls to functionally train like Highlanders. Each class is geared towards the participants and beginners are welcome.

Mindful Yoga

In Mindful Yoga we learn to connect more fully with our inner resources – our deep down goodness and wholeness – as well as our daily life circumstances, so that we can experience greater well being and less suffering. 


Mindfulness is the intentional paying attention in the present moment without judgment to unfolding moment-to-moment experiences. Join us for weekly drop-in mindfulness meditation practice groups. The groups will include a period of guided and silent mindfulness meditation followed by a brief discussion. An experienced mindfulness practitioner will facilitate each group meeting. All students are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. 

Morning Cycle

Morning Cycle is a great way to start your day! Get your sweat on and boost your metabolism in this 45-minute class. The best part is that you'll get your workout done before the day gets going. Join us for this fun class and feel better the rest of the day!

Power Yoga

This is a fast paced, high energy class that focuses mainly on strength building and muscle endurance. Combat muscle boredom by incorporating weights into our yoga practice. This class takes us through warm up, strength, and stretching release for a complete workout. 

Sunrise Yoga

Ease into the day with a rejuvenating and energizing Morning Yoga class. You'll feel the effects of yoga for the rest of the day and your mind will be more focused and calm. So grab your mat and join us for a sunrise class! 


Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.


Yoga emphasizes the cultivation of strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Students will learn how to use life force energy through practicing traditional poses with moderate “flow” pacing. Students become more aware of their body by synchronizing movements with breath. Yoga classes will leave you feeling peaceful, centered, and re-energized. 


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
