Registering for a trip with Outdoor Programs has never been easier with the online registration portal. Simply click on the registration link, sign in with your Radford University account, and start adding programs to your cart! It is that simple. Please note that all prices shown in the portal are list prices until you are loged in with your student account.

If you would like to register in person, stop by the Outdoor Programs office located in suite 106 of the Recreation and Wellness Center. You can register for a trip, hang out in the lounge and read some of our outdoor magazines, snag a few flyers about local hikes, rent some equipment, or get help planning a trip.
Participants enrolled in a trip or clinic may transfer or withdraw until 7 days (5 business days) prior to the program start date. Transfers or refunds within 7 days, but before, the program's start date will only be issued if a waiting list is active for the program and must be authorized by the Program Coordinator. Once the program has begun only a pro-rated credit will be issued. Trips and clinics may be cancelled if minimum registration numbers are not obtained prior to the start date. In this case a full refund will be issued. If classes are cancelled by Radford University, or due to weather it will be rescheduled at the next available time or a refund will be granted. All refunds will be issued via official check to the address on file with the university. The only exception being employees of the university whom will receive refund checks via direct deposit to the account on file.
