Part-Time Job Fair coming to campus Nov. 7

Radford University’s Center for Career & Talent Development is hosting its Part-Time Job Fair from noon to 3 p.m. on Nov. 7 at the MAC Court inside the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

Representatives from local businesses and on-campus departments will attend the fair in search of students willing to work part-time at jobs near campus or in work study positions.

In addition, the center is holding its Career Closet Clothing Drive through Dec. 14.

The Career Closet provides free professional business attire to Radford University students to wear for job interviews. The drive is collecting suitable, cleaned clothing to help boost student confidence and success when meeting with potential employers.

Attire suitable for interviews is especially needed.

Clothing may be dropped off at Russell Hall 331 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
