Atlas Society CEO Jennifer A. Grossman will deliver the keynote address at the Radford University College of Business and Economics (COBE) BB&T Global Capitalism Lecture Series Luncheon on April 18.

The Global Capitalism Lecture Series is an ongoing collaboration between BB&T and COBE to stimulate thought and discussion about capitalism, the tenets of free enterprise and the best practices of successful organizations.

Grossman is a former senior vice president at the Dole Food Company. She previously served as director of education at the Cato Institute and worked closely with the late philanthropist Theodore J. Forstmann to launch the Children's Scholarship Fund.

Grossman was a speechwriter for President George H. W. Bush and has written for national and local publications. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Harvard in government, public policy and international affairs.

The invitation-only event begins at noon in Kyle Hall, room 340.
