    Celebrated children’s author and illustrator Henry Cole will be presenting to faculty/staff/university students/public at Radford University on April 11, 2019, as part of a two-day community partnership event. The goal of this event, featuring presentations at Radford University, Radford Public Library, and Radford City Schools, is to promote literacy throughout the City of Radford. Henry Cole is a Virginia native and taught elementary science for sixteen years. He has illustrated over 80 popular picture books and authored more than 15 children’s books, including "A Nest for Celeste" and "On Meadowview Street." This event is co-sponsored by McConnell Library, Teaching Resources Center, School of Teacher Education and Leadership, College of Education and Human Development, and Radford Public Library.
