May is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month. Regular physical activity is good for your health! Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Try to aim for 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate activity each week. If you haven't been active before, start at a comfortable level. Once you get the hang of it, add a little more activity each time, then try getting active more often.
A reminder for new mothers or soon to be moms. To better assist with maternity questions and concerns, please check out our Maternity Resources on the HR website under Highlander Wellness. We hope this will be a helpful resource to guide employees with questions and concerns regarding maternity planning.
