Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF)

An EPAF is an Electronic Personnel Action Form in Self Service Banner (SSB), used to enter and submit personnel actions electronically in Banner. Many of the transactions previously submitted to Human Resources via PR40 (Personnel Action) and PR4 (Separation/Transfer Notice) forms can be electronically submitted, routed through an approval chain, and applied to Banner. EPAFs are another step in achieving a paperless personnel action process.

PeopleAdmin SelectSuite 

SelectSuite system is designed to allow users to track the applicant and recruitment process. The Applicant Tracking module streamlines the recruitment process while supporting transparent communication and consistent hiring processes. The Position Management module allows users to modify and manage position descriptions and electronically perform other personnel actions including budget changes, pay changes and requests to advertise. Do you need access to PeopleAdmin? Performance Management Upgrade

The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce the rollout of the new PeopleAdmin SelectSuite Performance Management Module. This module is a simple, easy-to-use tool that automates the technical aspects of performance management as well as the facilitation of employees and supervisors to collaborate on performance evaluations, support professional development and clearly communicate expectations, goals, roles and responsibilities … all while maintaining compliance.

Full Time Classified Staff and Administrative/Professional are scheduled to go live on December 1, 2017.
All plans should be completed and acknowledged by employees by January 12, 2018.

To introduce the campus community to the performance plan portion of the new system, a comprehensive training schedule has been designed for employees and supervisors and will begin on December 1, 2017. Please register as soon as possible.  NOTE:  Registration is by type of classification (i.e., employee training is separate from supervisor training, etc.).  It is strongly recommended that you attend the training, especially if you are an evaluating supervisor of classified and/or A/P faculty.  Supervisors do not have to attend employee training. We will have training videos and quick sheets on our website that will provide instructions for supervisors on how to create the performance plan and for employees on how to acknowledge the performance plan.
