Hiring a new employee is a process crucial to the success of Radford University, and your role in that process is essential to our ability to recruit and hire top talent. This process stretches beyond the interview, beginning at the planning and review stage and ending months after a new employee's first day through a positive and extensive on-boarding and orientation process.

The Search Chair Resources page will explore the role of the Search Chair as a liaison between the university and top candidates during the hiring process.
