Dr. Balija Earns Chair Position On National Committee
Dr. Amy Balija has been advocating for women in chemistry as a member of the Women Chemists Committee, a national ACS Committee made up of 15 members. Her work with this group has been recognized and she has been appointed the Chair of the committee. The Department of Chemistry is pleased to have a colleague dedicated to empowering women and increasing the diversity, equity, and inclusion of the chemistry profession.
