Hemphill Student Scholarship Fund
Earlier this week at the dedication of Hemphill Hall, Vice President Wendy Lowery revealed that the Office of Advancement had quietly launched an effort to endow a student scholarship fund in honor of President Hemphill. As of Tuesday, that effort had raised over $76,000! Those funds will endow scholarship support that will directly benefit first-generation students in the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences. This is fantastic news for our students!
