    Foreign Languages and Literatures Interim Chair Matthew Turner, Ph.D., spoke recently to the With Good Reason public radio program about comedy and celebrity. The interview is available on podcast and will air May 1-7 on more than 60 radio stations across the United States.

    There are only 10 students in the country who are named Diverse Rising Graduate Scholars —Vinicius Rios is one of them. Rios is earning his master's degree in strategic communication.

    The Radford University Department of History is continuing its series of lectures commemorating the 75th anniversary of the ending of World War II. On March 24, Arye R. Ephrath will present “Amazing Grace: My Holocaust Story,” sharing his experiences of surviving the Holocaust as a young child in Czechoslovakia.
