Throughout the year students have the opportunity to attend a conference, conduct research and even present at local and national conferences. We provide travel funding to our most motivated students to attend some of the most relevant networking events in our fields (toursim, special events, therapuetic recreation, outdoor recreation, experiential education).

Conference Attendance
Recreation, Parks and Tourism students attend a variety of conferences with their faculty throughout the year. While some are unique to each concentration others are more broad. Attendance depends on location and department funds but students should talk with their faculty if interested in any of the following possiblities.
