No one should ever ask for your password
If you ever receive an email asking to verify your username and password, or if someone calls you asking for your login information, contact the IT Security Office at itsecurity@radford.edu. No one from DoIT will ever ask you for your account information.

To select all of the contents on a page in a Word document press the Ctrl key + the A key (Windows), or Cmd + A (Mac).



Accessibility Tip
Avoid flickering elements on a Web page. They increase the risk of optically induced seizures.

Electronic learning spaces upgraded

DoIT upgrades campus electronic learning spaces on a regular basis to provide faculty and students with a technology-rich teaching and learning environment. Many classrooms have been upgraded to our newest Radford AV standard for electronic classrooms featuring Crestron touchscreen control systems for Fall 2013. MORE>>>

New and enhanced video conferencing technologies at RU

This summer, the Division of Information Technology performed several upgrades to the video conferencing infrastructure on campus. These upgrades provide RU with easy-to-use high-definition video conferencing capabilities, allowing for greater collaboration between RU and other sites. MORE>>>

Technology support at RU

The Technology Assistance Center, also known as the Help Desk, is available to assist you with your technology problems and to coordinate the resolution of all of your technology-related issues. Move-in technology support

In order to support the technology needs of students as they return to campus, DoIT will be providing support from 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. in four additional locations Aug. 23-24. MORE>>>

MOAT information security awareness training

To provide a secure information technology environment and ensure users fulfill their responsibilities to protect university systems and data, the Commonwealth of Virginia requires users to complete IT security awareness training annually. Radford University is fulfilling this requirement using a system called Managed Ongoing Awareness and Trust (MOAT Training). MORE >>>
