Rehearsal Spaces

To change the date and time of a reservation after it has been made, email Professor Wesley Young (wyoung@radford.edu) as soon as possible. This should be done at least a week prior to the date requested. A confirmation or denial of the request will be returned to the requestor via email.

Onsite Reservations

Advance reservations are taken via the form above. The schedule for a given week is posted on the Friday of the previous week. If needing to reserve a space during the week after that week’s schedule has been posted, Trinkle residents, CVPA students, and CoA members may sign up onsite. To do so, please check the posted schedule on or near the entrance to the room you wish to reserve. Unless otherwise noted on the printed schedule the space is available. Please sign your name in the time slot you wish to reserve. Even if you are showing up impromptu to work and find a space available, please sign your name and purpose for your reservation in the appropriate time slot.

Large group activities are not booked or allowed after 9 pm in any of the rooms in order to honor quiet hours for Trinkle residents.

General Guidelines

Academic and production needs take precedence over others. In the event an unforeseen need should arise, other reservation holders will be notified and asked to find an alternate space.

Do not remove a posted schedule or cross out another person’s reservation.

Please be courteous and respectful to those working in the spaces around you.

Please be courteous to, and observe the requests of, the Trinkle Hall Staff who are working to help maintain the proper use, and safety, and availability of these valuable spaces.

In B01, before entering the space, street shoes must be removed in order to preserve the Marley dance floor.

Large group activities are not booked or allowed after 9 pm in any of the rooms in order to honor quiet hours for Trinkle residents.

In all three rooms take care not to drag or push furniture across the flooring.

If furniture is moved from one room to another please return it to where it was found.

Leave the room orderly and free of trash and personal belongings. Those seeking lost items should check with the lost-and-found at the Hurlburt information desk: (540) 831-5420.

Radford University and the College of Visual and Performing Arts are not responsible for items left unattended in the rehearsal spaces.

In the event of a problem while using the space contact the Trinkle Hall Staff for immediate assistance. All other inquiries should be directed to the CVPA.
