At each of the activities there will be volunteers who will help the kids with the activity.  Small snacks and drinks will be provided during each activity.  If a child has a food allergy or special dietary requirements, parents should provide the child with appropriate foods for the 2-hour period.

For the kids’ activities there are some basic guidelines that we would like parents to follow to make it more fun for the kids.  Wearing grubby/old play clothes will make a child’s participation more fun, since we KNOW that we’ll get dirty.  Have a small labeled knapsack or bag that can hold the following items:  sunscreen, hat and raingear, and any extra snacks that your child requires.

We remind parents that we will require the same parent who signed their child IN for the activity to come and sign him or her OUT.  This is for your own peace of mind and ours.  Please remind the volunteers of any allergies or health alerts that your child may have.  We will have the records that you have given us on hand, but a reminder helps.  At the time of sign in we will ask that you review with us the session/activities that you will be attending so that we can contact you in the event of an emergency.  If you have a cell phone, please leave us your phone number.

Minimum age for participation is elementary school age.  The fee is $10 for any or all activities!
