Visitors to RU should obtain a visitor's parking pass at the RU Visitor's Center at the corner of Jefferson and Fairfax Streets Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at the University Police Department, located in the Allen Building on East Main Street, after 4 p.m. and on weekends.

Calhoun Hall, located on the west edge of campus across Tyler Avenue, houses several offices and classrooms.Young Hall houses offices and classrooms for the Adult Degree Program, Continuing Education, English and Sociology/Anthropology, as well as offices for the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.Whitt Hall houses the College of Business and Economics.Washington is located in the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus and houses some 200 students of all class levels. A section of the third floor  is reserved for ROTC students.Walker Hall houses offices for Academic Computing, Accounts Receivable, the Computer Help Desk, the Department of Math and Statistics, Financial Reporting, Learning Assistance and Resource Center (LARC), New Student Programs, Parking Services, RU Express/I.D., Sponsored Programs and Grants Management, Student Accounts, Technology Center and Telephone Services, as well as classrooms and computer labs.Waldron Hall was completed in the fall of 2000. It houses the Waldron College of Health and Human Services, which comprises the School of Nursing, the School of Social Work, and the School of Allied Health, including the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, the Department of Foods and Nutrition and the Department of Leisure Services. Facilities include a state-of-the-art interdisciplinary clinic, the George Harvey health information resource center, laboratories, classrooms and officesThe University Services Center  includes offices, garages, a warehouse and storage space for the Facilities Management division. This building also houses Materiel Management and Contracts and the Accounts Payable office.Tyler Hall, located in the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus, accommodates 166 students and several administrative offices. These include Residential Life, the Disability Resource Office, Substance Abuse/Sexual Assault Education, and the Center for Counseling and Student Development.Stuart is in the Governor's Quadrangle of residence halls. Stuart Hall is themed to compliment the College of Information Science and Technology.  This theme is reinforced with a computer lab on the lower level and the advising center for the College of Information Science and Technology located just off the lobby.  Stuart Hall offers easy access for physically challenged students.The first and second floors of Russell  serve as the home of the College of Education and Human Development. The Department of Psychology occupies the third and fourth floors.Preston Hall houses administrative offices for the University auditor, the Assistant Vice President for Finance, the Assistant Vice President for University Services, and an auditorium which seats 1,500 for concerts, lectures, plays and other activities.Powell and Porterfield Halls together comprise the Silverman Fine Arts Center. The first floor of Powell houses Department of Music faculty studios, individual and large-group practice rooms, and classrooms. On the second floor are the art studios, laboratories and faculty offices of the Department of Art, as well as the RU Art Museum's Flossie Martin Gallery and Gallery 205.Together with Powell Hall, this academic building makes up the facility known as the Silverman Fine Arts Center. This building contains television and radio studios, classrooms, faculty offices and the 500-seat Pridemore Theatre. It houses the Theatre Department, Media Studies and the office of the Dean of the College of Visual and Performing Arts.Pocahontas Hall is one of the Moffett Quadrangle of residence halls.Peters Hall houses the College of Education and Human Development, the Department of Dance and the Teaching Resources Center, as well as a fitness center, a gym and a climbing wall.Peery Hall is one of the residence halls in the Governor's Quadrangle at RU.Norwood Hall is part of the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus. It has 60 rooms housing 120 students and provides special accommodations for physically-challenged students. It has air-conditioning and is reserved for upper-class students.Moffett Hall houses some 360 students in its two wings and sits at the head of the Moffett Quadrangle. The Student Health Center is operated on the ground level of the building.McGuffey Hall houses the Department of Interior Design and Fashion and includes classrooms, laboratories and a large multi-section teaching auditorium equipped with complete audio-visual production facilities.McConnell Library, one of the signature buildings on the RU campus, contains a growing collection of more than 500,000 volumes. The University's administrative Computer Services Office is housed in the basement of the building.Martin Hall houses administrative offices for the President, the Vice Presidents, and the Board of Visitors on the upper floor. On the second floor are offices for Admissions and Financial Aid, and on the ground floor are offices for the Registrar.Madison is a residence hall located in what is known as the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus.Lucas Hall houses the College of Graduate Studies at RU.Jefferson is a residence hall located in what is known as the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus.Ingles Hall is one of the Moffett quadrangle of residential halls. It houses approximately 130 students and is easily accessible to physically-challenged students.The Bonnie Hurlburt Student Center, or "The Bonnie," offers a 250 seat auditorium, a food court, student lounge space, a TV lounge, a computer lounge and a game room. It includes the offices of the Department of Student Activities, the SGA, the CAB/BAP, Greek Life, Information and Event Planning Office, Campus Recreation and Food Services.A variety of facilities and programs for the campus community are provided in Heth Hall, including conference rooms, a ballroom, the Dean of Students Office, Student Media and  a computer lounge.Floyd Hall is one of the Governor's quadrangle of residential halls and houses honors students who are allowed to live in the dorm by invitation only from the Honors Academy.Fairfax Hall is the home of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies.Draper Hall is one of the Moffett quadrangle of residential halls.The Donald N. Dedmon Center is a multi-purpose facility serving the RU community and is home to the Highlanders' Division I athletic program.Davis Hall houses classrooms, laboratories, laboratories, auditory clinic space, faculty offices and a large teaching auditorium. Located here are the College of Information Science and Technology, Economics and Exercise, Sport and Health Education.Dalton Hall houses a cafeteria, the "Terrace Shops" and administrative offices for Catering and Dining Services. It also includes a U.S. Post Office, the RU Bookstore, and an ATM machine.Curie Hall contains offices, classrooms and laboratories for Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science and Geology. There is also a planetarium.The Cook Hall of International Education houses the Office of International Education and a number of academic departments dealing with global curricula.Several administrative offices are located in the Buchanan House, including the Honors Program and the Appalachian Regional Studies Center.Bolling Hall is one of the Moffett Quadrangle of residential halls.The art annex houses an art studio and supplements the facilities of the Silverman Fine Arts Center in Porterfield Hall.The Allen Building houses the University Police Department.One of the signature buildings on campus, Muse Hall is a high-rise residence hall and also contains a large dining facility, a large banquet room and workout facilities in its 303,000 square feet of space.  Muse Hall is a smoke-free living environment.
