Download and expand the EvolGenius Zip File

When the program is started, a dialog box opens allowing the user choose the name of an output file.
	By default the file will be placed in the same directory as the EvolGenius.jar file. Clicking on the Browse button (see above) allows the user to navigate to the folder of her choice. The program prevents overwriting of files by not permitting the user to re-use a file name as an exciting file in the same folder.
the user is also prompted for a random seed for the random number generator. This can be user determined or it can be machine generated.
