not only are women concentrated in particular occupational categories,
but also that race and ethnicity are a significant factor in the work
that women do. In the United States, Asian American and White women are
more likely than other women to work in management and professional
positions; Black and Latina women are more likely than White and Asian
American women to work in service occupations. |
