About Us

What is Phi Beta Lambda?

Phi Beta Lambda is the colligate division of Future Business Leaders of America, or FBLA.  Together our non-profit (C)(3) organizations form FBLA-PBL, the largest business career organization in the world!  By focusing on service, education, and progress, we are devoted to developing competent, aggressive business leadership.

What do we do?

Our organization strives in active membership.  We have local chapter activities which include frequent meetings, social events, state conferences, and of course, fundraising to better get involved.  We support major community service projects such as Project ASK for kids with cancer and the March of Dimes, for programs and research to help premature infants improve their quality of life.  By attending state and national conferences, we encounter the true PBL experience through exciting workshops and seminars on a variety of topics.  Conferences also offer renowned keynote speakers, and competitive events to test our professional business knowledge and skills.

Why should you join?

1.  Networking.
Meet and speak with today's business leaders.  Create those connections that will prove to be invaluable tomorrow.
2.  Gain valuable leadership experience.
You can serve as anything from a local committee chair to a national officer and everything in-between.  The sky is the limit for any dedicated individual!
3.  Improve your résumé.
Stand apart from the crowd and show a prospective employer that you know how to go that extra mile.
4.  Competitions.

Strut your stuff against the best of the best across the country.  Challenge yourself to the next level and will at Nationals.
5.  Make new friends.
Meet people with similar interests, learn from others, and become professional business leaders together!
