IT Security Tip
Not all sites on the Internet are safe. Always ensure that the source you are downloading from is legitimate. Use extreme caution if you are referred to a site by an email message. If you are uncertain, do not download the file.
IT Tip
Pressing Alt + D in any major Internet browser will move the cursor into the address bar. This is a great way to quickly enter an Internet address without having to click the mouse cursor in the address bar.
Accessibility Tip
Avoid having links open in a new window. In the CMS, there is a check box when you create a link that allows you to have a link open in a new window. The default is unchecked. Avoid checking this box.

Multimedia project highlights amazing research project
While many members of the Radford University community enjoyed warmer weather over spring break, a group of RU students and a handful of high school students from the Southwest Virginia Governor's School braved bone-rattling temperatures and shivery arctic winds at Barrow, Alaska, all in the name of science. This year, Multimedia Producer Jaslyn Gilbert joined the group to document the experience. MORE>>>
RUmobile receives major upgrade
Radford University's mobile application, RUmobile, received a major upgrade this semester. RUmobile 2.0 is significantly faster and includes the same functionality as prior versions in a sleeker, easier-to-use interface. MORE>>>
