No one should ever ask for your password
If you ever receive an email asking to verify your username and password, or if someone calls you asking for your login information, contact the IT Security Office at No one from DoIT will ever ask you for your account information.

Accessibility Tip

Electronic learning spaces upgraded

DoIT upgrades campus electronic learning spaces on a regular basis to provide faculty and students with a technology-rich teaching and learning environment. New and enhanced video conferencing technologies at RU

This summer, the Division of Information Technology performed several upgrades to the video conferencing infrastructure on campus. These upgrades provide RU with easy-to-use high-definition video conferencing capabilities, allowing for greater collaboration between RU and other sites. MORE>>>

Move-in technology support

MOAT information security awareness training

To provide a secure information technology environment and ensure users fulfill their responsibilities to protect university systems and data, the Commonwealth of Virginia requires users to complete IT security awareness training annually. Radford University is fulfilling this requirement using a system called Managed Ongoing Awareness and Trust (MOAT Training). MORE >>>
