IT Sustainability
Set your monitor to go "blank." Since screen savers actually force the computer to use energy to run them, you can save energy by setting the monitor to blank out after a specified period. Pull down the "Screen Savers" list and choose "Blank Screen." Set the "Wait" time for the period you choose.

Security Tip
Don't open files from strangers. E-mail and instant messaging (IM) can spread viruses and worms. Most e-mail viruses are spread by people who are tricked into opening an infected file.

IT Tip
To quickly free up space in your mailbox, click Tools -> Mailbox Cleanup. Find messages over 250K and look for large messages you can remove.
