Students Affairs offers a variety of opportunities for Roanoke students to be involved, including events and clubs. All opportunities are available for students at both Radford University Carilion (RUC) and the Roanoke Higher Education Center (RHEC).

Events

Campus events are an important part of the Roanoke student experience. We are pleased to offer a variety of signature events each year, including:

Clubs and Organizations

RUC offers a variety of clubs for students to join.  To find the complete list of current clubs, visit RUInvolved. 
 
Interested in starting a new club?  We’d love to hear from you!  Learn how to start a new club.  

Registered student clubs and organizations also have access to Club Hub, located within Student Affairs on the 4th floor.  Club Hub offers arts and craft supplies, a poster printer, button maker, and Cricut for student club use.  
 
Registered student clubs may also borrow Student Affairs equipment for events by filling out the Request Form in RU Involved.

Highlander House

Located on the 4th floor of RUC, the Highlander House is a student lounge, study area and event space. Accessible 24/7 with a prox card, the Highlander House also features a foosball table. Registered student clubs and campus departments may reserve the Highlander House for an event by filling out the Request Form in RU Involved.
