Nancy Loosle

Nancy Loosle joined the Radford University family in September 2021. In her current role, she serves on the Division of Student Affairs executive team and provides guidance and vision to all areas of Student Affairs at Radford University Carilion. She attended Utah State University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in sociology with a minor in accounting. She attended the University of Oklahoma and earned her Masters of Education in Adult and Higher Education. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Elizabeth Costa

Elizabeth Costa joined the Radford University team in July 2019.  Elizabeth currently serves as the Student Affairs Manager, working primarily in the areas of student conduct and new student orientation.  She earned her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lee University.  She also attended King University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with concentrations in communications and literature.
 

Jessica Prince, Ph.D., LPC

Jessica Prince joined the Radford University Carilion (RUC) team in September 2020. Jessica currently serves as Associate Director for Student Wellness and provides direct mental health counseling and support services to RUC students. Jessica earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech in 2016 and Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University in 2008. Jessica is an alumna of Radford University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Mary Francis
Wellness Coordinator & Center of Ac cessibility Services Coordinator

Mary Francis joined the Radford University Carilion team in August 2021. Mary serves as the Wellness Coordinator and on site RUC CAS Coordinator. Mary provides mental health counseling as well as support to students with disability and accommodation needs. Mary attended Liberty University and obtained  Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling, she has a Post  Master Certificate in Education Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University, Master of Science Degree in Education from Old Dominion University and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from VCU.

Alex Wilson
Coordinator for Student Engagement and Residence Life

Alex Wilson joined the Radford University Carilion team in January 2022. Alex currently serves as the Coordinator of Student Engagement and Residence Life, working with both on and off campus housing operations as well as coordinating several on campus events. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University in 2019. He is currently working on his Masters of Education in Student Affairs at Liberty University.

Kim Sikorski joined the Radford University Carilion team in March 2021. She currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Student Affairs Department at RUC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Villanova University.
