Withdrawal Deadline

The last day to withdraw from one or more (but not all) courses is Friday, March 20th. The withdrawal procedures for undergraduate and graduate students are outlined below.

Undergraduate students
Undergraduate students must secure a withdrawal form from the Registrar's Office in Heth Hall, room 105.  Undergraduates wishing to withdraw from an on-campus course must have the form signed by the student's academic advisor or an advisor in the student's college advising center, and then return all copies to the Registrar's Office before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20th.  
 
Undergraduates wishing to withdraw from an off-campus course must have the withdrawal form signed by the student's academic advisor (preferred), an advisor in the student's college advising center, or the instructor of the course from which the student is withdrawing. The completed withdrawal form must be returned to the Registrar's Office before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20th.  

Graduate students
Graduate students may complete a withdrawal form in the Registrar's Office or notify the Registrar's Office in writing or via e-mail that he or she wishes to withdraw from one or more (but not all) classes.  The withdrawal is not complete until the Registrar's Office has been notified in one of these ways no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20. 

Withdrawal from the university (all courses)
