State Council of Higher Education for Virginia meets at Radford University

The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) will hold its September meetings at Radford University Sept. 16-17.

The Council will hear a report on enrollment targets and estimates for the next seven years at the regular business meeting, which begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17 in the College of Business and Economics (COBE) multipurpose room (#340). The Council will also discuss system-wide operating and capital outlay budget recommendations prepared by the SCHEV staff and their potential impact on postsecondary education in the Commonwealth.

The Council will additionally take action on agenda items considered during the Academic Affairs Committee meeting, which will be held on Monday, Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m. in the COBE Advising Center (room #242). The TJ21 Implementation Task Force will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 in COBE room #340.  The Joint SCHEV/Council of Presidents meeting is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 in COBE room #340.
