    6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. @ Performance Hall in the Covington Center

    Formerly called the Madrigal Dinner, "Journey and Refuge: We Can Mend the Sky" is a benefit concert featuring the choral ensembles and opera workshop singers bringing awareness to the existence of refugees in the New River Valley. The centerpiece is Amahl and the Night Visitors, a one-act opera. Light reception in the Joseph Scartelli Atrium prior to the concert at 6:00 with the concert beginning at 7:30 in the Davis Performance Hall in the Covington Center.
