TEDS - Software Implementation Consultant

Location Atkins, VA         Start Date Immediate

The Software Implementation Consultant will provide complete customer service before and during TEDS customer implementation. You will work directly with our customers to install, configure and deploy the TEDS Talent Management software suite, load customer data, provide software training, provide technical application support and manage all other project tasks


  • Act as customer liaison during the implementation phase
  • Configure TEDS application based on client needs
  • Assist with building the customer data
  • Provide application training to customers
  • Manage scope, time, cost and all other project tasks to meet client commitments
  • 50-75% travel is required

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software applications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • College or Technical degree
  • Health Care business analysis or industry related experience
  • Experience with software implementation/consulting services
