    Hey everyone! My name is Riley Phillips and I’m so excited to work with you on your Radford journey! I'm based in the Tidewater area of Virginia and I have been a Highlander since 2017! I came to Radford as a student from a military family, an experience that has given me some amazing opportunities. I graduated from Radford University in 2021 with my Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Psychology minor.

    During my time as a student, I worked with a variety of different offices on campus including Fraternity and Sorority Life and our new student orientation that we call Quest! Being a Quest Assistant sparked my interest in working with students and helping to aid in the transition of beginning college.
