RU Gone Fishin’ offers children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities the opportunity to participate in recreational sport fishing. The program provides training on the use of adaptive sport fishing equipment tailored to each individual, access to personalized adaptive fishing equipment for people with disabilities and educational resources to guides and outfitters to enhance their ability to serve people with disabilities. The program is funded by grants and private donations.
