Student Committees

Editorial committee (professional production) -- Web savvy students are needed to edit, illustrate and upload EJ class stories to UWO or FIMS student envirnmental publication

Research committee (academic)-- What areas of Canadian EJ have been done? What areas are in need of more research?

Training & education committee (professional service) --Create a Canadian EJ training manual and help organize resources for Canadian journalists for publicaton on SEJ pages

Calendar, speakers and travel committee -- What's coming up? What should environmental journlists know about and be aware of here at UWO?

• Check the UWO calendar for environmental speakers
• Check the City of London or the province of Onatrio for public hearings or other events that could be covered
• Suggest coverage areas based on national and international events

Speakers subcommittee -- Arrange for and help introduce speakers from UWO and around Ontario

Travel subcommittee -- Help organize and facilitate travel arrangements (SEJ, CanWea, etc)
