The Trowel Approach: The Protest Level

From time to time, we all see people (mostly female) who look like they used trowels to put on their make-up. The stuff's piled on half an inch thick. It looks hideous. So why do it? ... that's what I've been wondering for the past 10+ years.

The Right to Vote?
People in America assume they have the right to vote. Currently, with minor restrictions, they do. But should this be the case for everyone? Should everyone be allowed to have an equal say? Or should some people just stay home on Election Day? I believe that, not only should they stay home, measures should be taken so they are forced to stay away from the polling booths.
