Two things:

  • The Da Vinci Code was fiction, so any book written about the truth in an attempt to counteract Dan Brown is a bit ridiculous. This book isn't a "Hollywood vs. History" type of thing, it is just a guy who takes the novel way too seriously devoting time and effort and asking for my money in order for me to read something I don't even need to read. The Da Vinci Code takes some things that are historically fuzzy and writers an alternative fictional plot because its interesting.
  • Blake, if you are posting links to sources outside of Whim please use format your links with a target="new" in the portion of the link with the url. For example: "www.ruwhim.com" target="new"

    Thank you.

I realize the fiction/nonfiction difference but there will be some who will go to the movie and believe it to be true because Brown writes the book as if the "facts" behind it are true.

As for the link thing, you'd have to email me about how to do those properly because I'm still not completely sure as how to do it correctly.

Look at the source code on this article where the links are for the trailers. That should help you with it.

Y'all get really upset about nothing more than a fellow just posting a link about a film that is not true though it acts like it is and is advertised that way. Chill, y'all!

Right, but the concern is about those who might see it and believe those lies as true.
