Objectives:  Upon completion of this lesson the successful student will be able to express ideas orally.

Description:  The students will decorate a white T-shirt with a Cat in the Hat theme.  The children will then tell the class what their design is and why they chose it.

The student will be assessed informally by observing the students creativity and ability to explain their art.
