Staff

The Coordinator, Lee Carter,  is responsible for coordination the office; presenting to various groups on alcohol and sexual assault issues; advising RU Peer Educators; coordinating campus-wide awareness events; consulting with students, faculty, staff, and parents; providing information, counseling, referral and support to students; and participating in university committees related to alcohol and sexual assault issues.  Her phone number is 831-5709.

The RU Aware Program Coordinator, Michael McGee, administers the Alcohol and other Drug policy violators intervention program.  The coordinator is responsible for tracking the students; providing information, referral, and support to students; and supervising graduate students conducting exit interviews.  His phone number is 831-5188.

The office is also staffed by two Graduate Assistants, Whitney Blaszak and Debbie Perez-Lopez. They assist in planning, promoting and implementing Campus Awareness events, conducting exit interview counseling, assisting with the RU Peer Educators, maintaining the website, and various other activities in the office.
