The 1998 USARFU Referee & Laws Committee Conference will take place July 17-19, 1998 in Chicago, Illinois. The event will be held at the Westin O'Hare and hosted by the Chicago Area RFU Referee Society and the Midwest Rugby Referee Society.

All referees, coaches and players from around the world are invited to attend the conference. The hosts encourage referees from around the world to attend the conference.
