Economics 495. Current Topics in Economics
Three Hours Lecture (3).

Prerequisite: Economics 105 and junior or senior standing.

Semester offered: Summer, Fall, Spring

Investigates topics of current and continuing interest not covered in regularly scheduled courses. Students may take course up to six credit hours under two different topics.

  1. Detailed Description of Content of the Course

This course is designed to present to students topics of current or continuing interest which are not covered in other courses currently offered. This course provides needed flexibility in the economics curriculum. Topics will range from crime, to energy, to minorities, and to national defense.
