MGNT 322. Organizational Behavior
Three hours lecture(3).
A study of behavior of individuals and groups within organizations and of the organization itself. Intended to develop in managers a greater awareness of the problems and opportunities in managing human resources in organizations. A business core requirement.
The major topics to be covered in Organizational Behavior are:

b. Organizational Ethics and Morality
The course consists of lecture/discussion, research projects, examinations. Theories will be discussed, with cases and experiential exercises as appropriate. Student presentations may be required, and students may be assigned to groups.
At the conclusion of the course, the student will be able to:
Assessment of the student's success in the course is based on the grades for hourly examinations, the final examination, and possible term projects. Some instructors may include oral class participation--either individually or in groups--in their assessment.
