Study of human behavior in relation to personnel; worker motivation, satisfaction, and efficiency; work training; leadership, and organizational communications.

Course will include formal lecture, discussion, projects, and written assignments.
Student will develop an in-depth knowledge of the theory and application of industrial/organizational psychology.
Graded assignments may include in-class tests, a final examination, pop quizzes, the assignment and presentation of exercises and projects, and class preparation and participation.
