Mission Statement

"The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers that provide relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. It does this through services that are consistent with its congressional charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement."

Our Chapter Goals

The Radford University chapter was founded in January, 2002 under the auspices of the Radford, Giles and Pulaski Chapter of the American Red Cross. Its purpose is to provide Red Cross services  to the local community including students on the campus of Radford University, through student involvement and volunteerism. 

Volunteer opportunities are always available at the Red Cross. If you have time at your hands...Come join us as the Red Cross serves the community. You can help make a difference!
