SEARCH COMMITTEE CHAIR
At a minimum, the following records should be maintained by
the Search Committee Chair for 3 years:

A copy of the published advertisement (s) and places and dates of all
advertising;
|
|
· |
A copy of the EEO
Recruitment Plan, which documents affirmative
action recruitment efforts;
|
|
· |
A copy of the EEO Selection Report, which
documents interviews and the outcome of the search;
|
|
· |
An alphabetical listing of all applicants with race/sex
data, if known, and with numerical
notation from the “Reasons for Non-selection” list;
|
|
· |
Copies of the successful applicant’s vita or resume; all correspondence to or
about the applicant, including reference letters and offer letter; and |
|
·
|
Copies of unsuccessful
applicants’ vitae and resumes; all correspondence to or about
applicants, including acknowledgement letters, rejection letters,
reference letters, and/or any other application materials requested in the
position advertisement. |
