on the National Minority Faculty Identification Program
website (please contact
ccarter29@radford.edu).

- When making direct contact with those minority
individuals nominated, describing
the position and the institution, determining their interest, and
if interested, requesting additional information-resume,
application, and names of
references.

- Visiting schools that graduate a large number of minority
and or female individuals with the Ph.D. in the discipline.
